We are planning to make US Men's 6 Wide, but don’t currently have plans to make men's shoes smaller than that. Our end sizes such as 7, 13, and 14 are already very slow sellers. With our patented hollow heel design, each size of our shoes requires its own outsole mold, which are at least $1,200 each. As a small company, we have to be very strategic with our capital.
Here is a note from our Founder, Mountain: "As a smaller guy, I know the struggle. The reason why we even make size 7 is because that's my size. My go-to jacket right now is actually a North Face Ventrix, in Women's Medium. The Men's Small was still big on me."
We're going to launch our first women's shoes next year, which will be smaller in size and narrower in width. Is this something you'd be open to trying?
