Returns - USA - Too Big

Note: US whole sizes are measured in length increments of 0.33 inches (8.47 mm), and width increments of 0.13 inches (3.3 mm). One size up = 0.33 inches (8.47 mm) longer, and 0.13 inches (3.3 mm) wider.

How Should My Shoes Fit?

The widest part of your feet should match with the widest part of your shoes, like the image below.

Easy Fix: Tongue Pads

If the toe box is fine but the back half is loose, you can try slipping a tongue pads under the tongue, above your instep. These fill up the excess volume using a comfortable padding. We offer felt tongue pads in our Outlet Store.

However, if the toe box is too loose, we should get you a smaller size. US whole sizes are measured in increments of 1/3 inch or 8.47 mm. One size down = 1/3 inch shorter. In this case, we have 2 options for you. 

Return Option A: Compare Side-by-Side

You can order another size, compare them side-by-side with your current pair, and decide which one fits best.

Option A is quicker, but you'll have 2 outstanding charges on your credit card until one pair is returned.

  2. If the current price is higher than what you paid at pre-order, REPLY to your order confirmation with your original order # and price paid and we will refund you the difference.
  3. Compare your shoes side-by-side, and decide which fits best.
  4. Go to this page to request a free return label.
  5. You’ll get a label via email. Follow the instructions.
  6. Once we get your shoes back, we’ll issue your refund within 2 weeks, and you’ll get an email.

Return Option B: Return Now, Refund and Reorder

You can return your original pair, and wait for your refund, before you order another size to try. 

Option B takes more time and runs the risk of the original pair fitting better. Option B is for customers who don’t want 2 outstanding charges on their credit card.
